This road painting is yet another one that came from the drive on Highway 93. This view really caught my eye as I love to paint atmospheric scenes full of mist and mystery. I love how the mountains just seem to appear out of the snow-filled sky, blending in and out of the low clouds. The road leads you straight to the foot of the enormous mountains that seem to rise endlessly into the sky. Are they as tall as they seem in the mist or even taller? The road turns a corner before you reach the foothills, and what will you find there? What views will open up? Drive in and find out.
